How do you know if you are falling out of love?  

i've never fallen out of love so i haven't experienced how it happens, but i would guess that it can't just happen overnight - if it does, then it wasn't real love in the first place. i'm sure it happens very gradually and for lots of reasons - and i'm sure it's not a relief to fall out of love with someone when they're still in love with you, i'm sure you'd feel guilty knowing you don't feel the same way.

maybe if you stop caring for that person, you don't want to see him anymore, you are no longer excited to see him...i dont know..but i think those are the indications.

i feel it with my heart.

I so wanted to fall out of love with this person but I can't. It's really hard to tell your heart what to feel. If you truly love someone then I guess you will never fall out of love.

Some heroes stop their adventures after some chapters and other follow the main character until the end of the story.

I think it is similar to falling love. It is as spontaneous and natural as it is in coming together.

This always come as a surprise to me. If you see me or hear me whining or nagging just to turn the relationship back into equilibrium, it means that there's already a struggle going on inside me. If you take me seriously, and help out to revive the dying flame then we are on to a good path. But if you take me for granted and make me feel that what I feel is invalid -- you can be sure that I will back off. And when I do start to back off, then it would mean I don't WANT to care anymore if the relationship falls apart or not. And then one day, everything will be just a routine to both of us. And then another day, you'll notice I'm doing things I used to do when I was single. So it will lead to confrontation, till you so resoundingly hear me say -- "I'm sorry, I guess I have fallen out of love."

There are quite a lot of clear signs you can see if you are falling out of love already. There are so many things you will notice about you and the person you are having a relationship with. I think you will need a lot of thinking and considerations to do too.
1. First, are you still excited to see this person... even if you see each other everyday. Are you still looking forward to another day tomorrow, the day after that, etc.
2. Do you think of the person often and smile when you do? do you feel happy knowing any minute, or anytime of the day you'd be seeing him and will probably go out with this person-or just spend time.
3. OR... are you making excuses, even being busy at work and overtimes to finish jobs you could have put off to tomorrow just so you will not meet up and cancel your dates?
3. Are you seriously thinking that you feel not happy anymore whenever you spend time together? like your mind wandering off to somewhere else?
Well you got here some signs of still being in love, and a feeling of the one who has fallen out of love.

I'm falling out of love if i don't feel anything for her anymore. Whenever we're together it just doesn't work. It doesn't necessarily mean that we're always fighting. It's when the relationship is getting cold.

Hi there. For me, maybe I would start feeling that i have already fallen out of love if it is no a give and take relationship. Another factor is that when I get really so fed up with the attitude even after it has already been talked about and becomes very repetitive, it decreases my love for the relationship and will just want to make me get out of it.
