|  What is a good herbal tea to drink to have more energy? I have tried energy drinks and the energy shots. I would like to try something more healthy for the body so I am gonna try some different herbal teas. What are some suggestions?

| |  i thought all herbal teas were supposed to be quite good for you, but i know if you drink alot of water you'll be alot more energetic, and alot healthier too. i always plan on drinking my eight glasses of water a day but i never seem to get there, partly because it makes me need to pee so much that i just give up in the end.

| |  I am very glad that u r going to try herbal teas. Me had tried them when i was in my native village..They are much stronger and refreshing than our energy drinks. But when i come to city i missed them..So now trying to get back to village and that taste again..
