| | theres a lot of methods to keep the eyes healthy but from the experience of my pappy its about getting rid of harmful particles and other objects that may hit the eyes. i suggest protective eye wear. my dads eye suffered from welding spark and beer lid. lots of money went into hospital and hes even well nourished. | | | | | | |
