For your eyes what is the best remedy?how you take care of your eyes?  

The only advice I can give is to have regular eye exams and make sure to get plenty of Vitamin A into your diet even if it means taking a supplement as I do. Omega 3 oils are great.

Also wear sunglasses to protect your eyes in direct sun.

Yoga eye exercises can help keep eyes healthy by strengthening the muscles. Make sure you get plenty of lutein (in avocados), carrots and green vegetables. Also wearing sunglasses and a hat will protect your eyes from UVA light in sunlight. Washing in cold water can help wash away dust preventing infections. I try to limit the time spent staring at a computer screen to keep eyes in good condition!

theres a lot of methods to keep the eyes healthy but from the experience of my pappy its about getting rid of harmful particles and other objects that may hit the eyes. i suggest protective eye wear. my dads eye suffered from welding spark and beer lid. lots of money went into hospital and hes even well nourished.

It is better to prevent than to cure. To prevent any eye ailments is to eat foods rich in Vitamin A. Avoid direct sunlight or fluorescent lightning. Do not abuse your eyes, let them relax by looking at far and in green things.

Get sufficient srest for your eyes, take more fruits and vegetables that is rich in vitamin A and look at plants or trees (green stuff) when your eyes get tired. I'm not sure about the last tip since i got it from another friend.
