Phoenix Suns Makes it 2 in a Row  

It's tough to win at the SBC center. It's up to the dynamic duo of Nash and Stoudemire to get them out of there and win at least one game. With key contributions from J-Rich and the very resilient Grant Hill. It's all about shutting down as well Mr. playoff Manu Ginobili.

Phoenix has a history of struggling against Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker. Both Ginobili and Parker had big games against the Suns in the past playoffs series and they should be a concern for games 3 and 4 at San Antonio. Tim Duncan had a good game against the Suns in game 2 despite the loss and the Suns should expect the same at San Antonio. Phoenix should do what they've been doing so far and anticipate and counter Greg Popovich's possible tactics. Steve Nash and Amare Stoudemire is playing the pick and roll to near perfection and Jason Richardson and Channing Frye are hitting well from the outside to open the defenses up inside for Stoudemire to operate. Grant Hill and Jared Dudley should intensify their defenses more as well as the whole Suns team especially against Duncan, Ginobili, Parker, Richard Jefferson, and George Hill. If the Suns win one at San Antonio, that would be so good for the Suns, they could take the series at home in game 5. Phoenix should avoid falling 2 games at San Antonio as evening the series up would put a slight momentum to the Spurs. With the Spurs experience and immunity to pressure, a close series isn't good for the Suns. The key is stopping Ginobili, Parker, and anybody who could provide Duncan a lift and also continue to hit well from the outside. Nash has done a very great job so far in controlling the pace of the game and the game in general and shift the tide to the Suns favor. Playing at the SBC Center is a lot different story and will be a lot tougher for the Suns. But as long as the Suns play at a very high level and give the Spurs a hard time with their defense, they would do just fine. This season must be so great for Grant Hill. Not only did he get past the first round for the first time in his career, he's just 2 more wins away from making it to the conference finals.

Go Suns! Hell-ov a great game to watch, lots of energy, great shots and entertainment the way the Suns ran the floor was unbelieveable and the way Nash made some of those crazy shots and J-Rich with those 3's was too cool. What a fun team to watch. The Suns' "D" came together in the 4th Qtr and they were able to hold off what ever the Spurs tossed at them. The Lakers are a joke, they will not win the Western Conference this year, it's going to be either Suns or Spurs. Maybe next year Kobe.
