| | hi phoenix8606. you might already know this, but how about eyeball massage? i sometimes massage my eyeballs through eyelids with fingers. and i also take some blueberry supplements ,which are said to be good for eyes. well, oh, i heard it is good that you see green things and vast scenery so hiking must work. Good luck! | | | | | | |

| | ow, don't push them too hard. just softly, only like you can feel the weight of your fingers. i am sorry i did not mention details. i do not think it is harmful but i cannot be responsible for this so if you are worried, just try softer and safer way like putting a moderately-warmed damp towel on your eyelids and let them relax. oh, you like buleberries? then it is perfect for you! | | | |

| | sounds good! well, after i posted the comment, i looked for some information about eye massage, and some of the sites say it can be harmful if you push your eyes too hard. i think it might be difficult for you to do it safely and correctly because of the lack of the information so just try a damp towel before you go to bed. please tell me the result of your eye-sight improving therapy :D | | | |

| | oh, sounds like they worked well :) yeah, be carefull not to hurt your eyes. just the weight of a damp towel is good enough :D i do not like cucumbers so i do not want to try the cucumber slice therapy, but i like water melon so i will try it instead in summer. | | | |
phoenix8606 (2645)

| | wow. water melon sound weird :) i didn't knew that it also helps. have you already tried it? | | | |

| | well, i just thought they are the same kinds....so it might work. why cucumber slice is good for your eyes is that it is cool and makes your eyes feel cool, right? then, why not watermelon :) it is nice and cold. well, i haven't tried it yet. i will try it and tell you about it, say....in july or something ;) please look forward to my watermelon therapy report! | | | |

| | i see. but i guess the skin does not absorb the good-for-eye substances effectively and you need to take them form your mouth anyway. in that case, i can't eat cucumber so i definely need to try watermelon, which ,although i am not sure, i think contains the same substances. i am sure to remmber it (^^)b | | | |

| | I don't do anything at all for my eyesight. I have been wearing glasses since I was at school and it is now as bad as it ever will be I hope. I wear glasses while I am using the computer and I am more than an arm's distance away from the monitor so I hope that I am not damaging them further with all the hours that I spend here. Maybe there will be some more information in other responses which I will look out for too. | | | | | | |

| | Wearing glasses improves your eyesight and you see better while you wear them but they are not a treatment for your eyes themselves. They do not cure your poor eyesight which, over the years, will get worse. I am short-sighted but when I was younger I could see without glasses to read and write. Now I have to wear glasses for that too. | | | |

| | My eyes get tired a lot! The only thing I do is sleep. I don't know if that would be considered a treatment or not. When I first started wearing glasses, they told me they would make my sight improved. It's probably been 25 years and all my eyes have done is get worse. I read some of the responses and I have heard of the cucumbers, but never of the blueberry treatments. I like almost any kind of fruit so I will have to try it. | | | | | | |

| | I haven't tried it yet. I will have to get some when I go to the store. I will probably do that next week also. My ex used to rub his eyes. I think it was very hard because they would make a noise. It made me sick to my stomach to hear it. Maybe that's why he did it. | | | |

| | I have gotten a lot of blueberries when I went to the store. I have been eating them but I haven't noticed any improvement. I imagine it takes a long time of eating them on a constant basis before you notice any change. | | | |

| | i have been suffering with an eye problem for years now. and the doctor who checked my eyes told me that i already have cataracts. there could be no more solution to this aside from an operation, to remove the cataracts. with you case, if there is no visible problem and you only get your eyes tired, you only need a short rest by closing them for a few minutes. | | | | | | |

| | well, you are in a very bad situation. hope that after the operation you will be much better and your eyes will be OK. yes, i also guess that i should close my eyes for a little bit more ! | | | |

| | When my eyes are tired they easily get irritated, so when very time I feel like they are kinda tired or my sight are getting blur I went outside and rest my eyes by looking on green leaves and looking far where I can view any color green. According to study this helps you exercise your eyes and relaxed them. | | | | | | |

| | well, i see that many of you recommend to watch at something green, and I am really curious to know why is that so!?? why should we stare at some green objects and not for example at some red or blue ones? it is confusing to me :) | | | |
