Now, just a few days ago in the Kitchen I work at, I was telling my work mates and supervisors, that we should have one these for when we are making mashed potatoes. At the time I did not know they were on the market, and I have been thankfully corrected.
Have you ever, thought something would be really neat, only to find out a few days later, someone else already has it on the market?

Yes, I had thought of diapers in a vending machine. Not necessarily in the restrooms but available somewhere. They were on the market already, I guess. I think I have seen a mixing blade like this before, but then again, I have been around some commercial kitchens. Mashed potatoes sound yummy right now.

I was trained in a commercial kitchen, I suppose they wouldn't have something like this there though, they really like to teach 'traditional' cooking, so much we had to do by hand, when machines are handier, and faster.
I really liked it, and will probably order one, just as soon as I feel like adding to my kitchen accessory collection.
