Magic takes the series 2-0 against the Hawks  

Atlanta had a good game especially in the second and third quarters but the Orlando Magic just proved to be too much for the Hawks in the fourth quarter. Dwight Howard, Vince Carter, Rashard Lewis, and Jameer Nelson all scored at least 20 points apiece to lead the Magic to a 2-0 series lead and remains to be unbeaten in the playoffs. The series will go to Atlanta for games 3 and 4 and that should be a challenge for the Hawks, deny the Magic from taking the series at Atlanta and better yet head back to Orlando tied at 2-2. The Hawks proved that they could go toe to toe with the Magic but they have to put more effort if they should dislodge the Magic. Orlando is a very deep team and Stan Van Gundy can pull anybody out from the bench and contribute. Joe Johnson, Jamal Crawford, Al Horford, and Josh Smith should all step it up a little more if Atlanta should survive the series or maybe just avoid being swept. It's a tough challenge.

The Atlanta Hawks will be back in the vengeance. They played better basketball in game 2 only to loss in the 4th quarter as the Magic started to hit their stride at the 3 point region. They made a fight in game 2 after that 43-point loss in game 1. Key adjustment will be important for the Hawks in Game 3 and they must contain Dwight Howard. Al Horford, Zaza Pachulia and Josh Smith should not get overpowered by Howard in the paint.Defense will be the key for a Game 3 victory by the Hawks.
