All these years I was busy with my family like with kids....etc..I have completed my PG in English and now I have got as Lecturer for +2 children. Now I am scared little like how to teach...can I ? this and that as long gap has come feeling so...I do hardwork and prepare for classes but little scared like how to stay in the class with children....how to deal with them...if any ideas please do share with me I will be thankful to you.....

My hearty congratulations on your posting as lecturer. Its always nice to be busy. And to be busy with the students its so good. You have got a chance for that. You are lucky.
Gaps never matters for teaching. As long as you think that you know everything about the subject and students are having knowledge below you , no problem is there. be friendly with the children. Dont become too strict. But if they dont hear your words dont forget to raise your voice also...
