|  Mothers' Day has just left. But to many of us these simple words will always continue to reverberate. It has been an inspiration, a reason to look forward to. Above all it goes to show how great mothers are! "I love you mom."
In Indonesian we simply say "Selamat Hari Ibu!" How do you say it at home?

| |  Yes, it's heartwarming for all mothers receiving a greetings from their children and friends on mother's day. In our language we say " Masayang araw Nanay" meaning " happy mother's day" or "Salamat Nanay".

If none of your children remembers it you wouldn't freak out would you? The world is getting smaller now isn't it? The younger generation seems to be the easier lot to experiment these ideas with. Perhaps it's also the glamor associated with the media, the lure of advertising and the business world.
Anyway it's always one's choice to decide what one sees and feels as closer to one's heart.

lol. but my mother went and insulted me without realizing it on mothers day. we had her over for dinner, she took it upon herself to scrub the roasting pan to a highgloss shine.
then she brings it out and says: look how good i got it. i said yep. she says, i thought if i cooked like arleen (me) i wouldn't bother doing them either (the dishes)
gee thanks mom, i only spent all week cleaning the house..
