|  do coffee really keep people awake? i mean i get tired when am going all day and heard it stains your teeth and give you bad breath i mean i tasted it before an i didnt like it and it didnt keep me awake....what yall think? or if you tried it did it do it part in keeping you awake?

| |  i don't like the taste of coffee either, so i don't drink it to keep me awake and don't know if it works, but it is supposed to, the caffeine is supposed to keep you awake. too much coffee isn't good for you, and it can stain your teeth, you're right. it doesn't necessarily give you bad breath, just a coffee breath, so it depends if other people like the small of coffee breath!

| |  I am not much of a coffee drinker myself but when I used to work in graveyard shift coffee helps me stay awake. I can't drink more than one cup though because it makes my heart palpitate.

| |  Guess Caliya meant "Graveyard Shift" not a graveyard literally. Graveyard shift refers to working through out the night into the wee hours of the morning!!! Hence the term. Thought you would be familiar with it. Anyways, now you know :-)

| | Hey Alocure..I love coffee..need a huge mug each morning to help me kick start my day. I've become so addicted to it that I can't do without atleast 1 cup a day. I don't believe that coffee keeps you awake. Sometimes after having coffee in the evening, it has made me really drowsy!!! lol..Quite the opposite you see.
