Is it Orlando Magic all the way? |

| Could the Orlando Magic win this NBA championship this time after a dominating fashion against the Charlotte Bobcats and the Atlanta Hawks in the first and second round respectively? | | | | | |

| | They could have a good chance this year with a potent scorer in Vince Carter. He is more versatile definitely than Hedo Turkoglu. With that amount of rest they are able to scout their next contender either in the Celtics or Cavs. They are more hungrier than ever to win the first championship to the team. | | | | | | |

| | They are hungrier but the hungrier team is the Cleveland Cavaliers. I can see a tough match between Orlando Magic and Cleveland Cavaliers or Boston Celtics. | | | |

| | Well, they have learned their lessons well from last year's loss to the NBA champions, the Los Angeles Lakers. With the way they dismantle their two opponents, it is not far from being reality that they will make big in this year's championship game, if they advance. Now, they will shift their focus on their next game, awaiting whoever wins the Cavs and the Celtics game, which as of today are tied at 2 - 2. | | | | | | |

| | I don't think so. Bobcats and Hawks cannot be compared with either Boston or Cleveland. I'm sure they will have a hard time dealing with either one of them. I'm still rooting for Cleveland in the East and Suns in the West. | | | | | | |

| | That's the challenge for the Orlando Magic. Beating either Celtics or the Cavaliers will have an impression that the Magic is for real. | | | |

| | Orlando will face a serious challenge in the Eastern Conference Finals. Boston and Cleveland are very good teams and could give Orlando a run for their money and unblemished record in the playoffs. 8 games in and 8 wins for the Magic, that is quite impressive considering that the Charlotte Bobcats and the Atlanta Hawks are two of the deadliest and darkhorse teams in the East. Orlando won convincingly against those two teams and the Magic indeed asserted their might and depth in the first two rounds. If I were Orlando, I would prefer to face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals. First, that would be a rematch on last season's Eastern Conference Finals and Cleveland is the number 1 team during the regular season. Another thing is that LeBron James is playing hurt and that could shift some tide to the Magic side. With James ailing and probably slowed down, the Magic could take advantage of it. The Magic have very credible defenders in Matt Barnes and Mickael Pietrus whom they can throw to and defend James and they are definitely a lot more talented than the whole Cleveland team minus James Boston would pose a threat for the Magic. Thought to be a soft team in the playoffs because of their age and showing in the late stages of the regular season, the Boston Celtics came to life in the playoffs and getting big games from Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, and lately Rajon Rondo. Rondo would primarily be the man under the radar for the Magic should they face the Celtics. Rondo is a triple double threat and a great defender who could give Jameer Nelson and Jason Williams some problems. I'm giving the Magic a slight edge over the Celtics in this one but I' not that confident about it. Aside from Rondo and the Celtics big 3, Rasheed Wallace could also come out with a great series against the Magic. Wallace is a playoffs tested veteran and he definitely knows how to deliver during clutch. I don't see Orlando going to the NBA Finals without losing a game in the conference finals. The NBA Finals would be a lot tougher for the Magic. A rematch against the Los Angeles Lakers is highly possible and that would be a great match. Both the Magic and the Lakers have added some key pieces to their rosters that really made them a lot better team. The Magic now have Vince Carter, Barnes, Williams, and Brandon Bass but lost shooter Hedo Turkoglu while the Lakers got Ron Artest but lost Trevor Ariza in the offseason. Orlando getting a revenge against the Lakers? I'm giving the defending champions a very slight edge. | | | | | | |
