Do you play any instruments?  

Thank you! I'm very new to the whole music creation via computer, so I'm planning on doing some reading up on how to use Ableton Live and things such as this. I'm very excited to learn new things and to create, hopefully, some pretty great music with my boyfriend. He's been doing this for a while, so I'm sure he'll have a lot to teach me himself! Peacemaker, it seems we've got even more in common, LoL! :)

Oh if you are a music fanatic you will love Ableton Live. I really recommend Reason 4 as well. That program is absolutely amazing. If I remember correctly you can wire those two programs together, but that's where it gets really technical, and I haven't done this for a while..

Your boyfriend can surely teach you some stuff about how it works etc. if he has done this for a while. Maybe if you combine your musical talents something really great might be developed.

Yeah it really sounds like we have lots of things in common. That's funny.

I will check into Reason 4, for sure! I'm sure he'll be able to teach me a lot and that is what we are hoping, that by combining our talents, we may be able to come up with some really great stuff. We're not particularly looking to become rich or famous over it, just wanting to explore our talents and passions, and enjoy our time together, and whatever comes of it.

Sounds great.. Just be aware that Reason 4 is pretty expensive. I was just lucky a friend of mine sent it to me from the U.S.

Thanks for responding! Best of luck with re-learning the guitar! I'm sure it'll be fun for you. I've enjoyed learning the bass guitar so far. I wish to learn more and make some great music with it, along with the synthesizers and computer music programs.

Best of luck on your exam! I hope you do well, and hopefully after your studies are done, you will have much time to focus on playing the electric organ again and learning the guitar. I think music is very important in our lives and I try to fit in at least a little bit of time each day for playing. I do listen to music pretty much all day, whenever I can.
