| |  Don't waste your money on pills. Instead invest in some exercise DVDs or hand weights. The only panacea for losing weight is working out. It works. And you will feel better, too.

| |  I dont think so though i have never tried that. I am very slim and i dont need that. But my elder sister is over weight and she tried every way she could to lost weight. she took such pills, she did sports, she was on diet, etc. but i never see she losing some weight through pills so i dont think pills help to lose weight. The past several months she lost weight through saving diet but that way really does bad to her health and i can tell she becomes weak now. I think the best way is doing exercise and sports.
