aaahh! my day has always this inflated opinion, exaggerated sense of self-importance and feeling of superior to other people, selfish/self-centered freak!!...gggrrrhh! i'm so sick of it, is their a cure?

I guess there's none. You are what you are and the only person who can solve it is you. If you had tried not be like that but eventually you did, you better search for a partner that can make you a better person
