Why here on myLot profile page is not complete ?

Not always do we read what is written but rather what we want to see. Many people do that when they rad my profile. MyLot give us the facility to hide certain details and some Lotters make use of this. I see no reason why it is right or wrong to do so as it is just a question of choice.

Hello cip, By default you have no gender in your profile. I just updated mine and did not found the box for Martian ! During my first month here I could not update my profile -- don't know why --, and I forgot to check this box when I uploaded an avatar. Have a nice day.

if its a dating site then perhaps a profile is a must for other members to know the better you but since its a money making site and a forum or discussion site then i dont think profile is still important as what matter here is the post and the response, besides admin have those information for payment purposes, you can check other money making site that have profile i guess none, unless its a dating site or a social site like facebook or friendster where our main concern why we join the site is to meet friends and have more friends. in here members main concern is to earn though if they want to know more about that person then they can just simply message them privately, in the first place some topic here are personal like mine, i used to post my personal problem here wish to have a lot of answer from other members who also have the same experience and since its too personal i tend to hide some of my personal info.

I think that this is where people choose not to put all their details down
