I Am About To Blog My 1986 Diary. These Are 2 Extra Bits Of Writing I Found.  

In 1986 I was 19 for the first 3 months, then 20 for the rest, if you get my drift lol. I had so much energy in those days, hardly ever in the house. Sometimes I'd get to bed at about 3am and be up for work a few hours later. I'd be dead if I did that now!

Well, I was 32 for the first 11 months and 33 for the last month and a week...

You are even younger than the roomie who was 25/26 for about 9 days longer than I was...

I'm feeling my 56 right now... so I have no energy now, and only some what more back then!

Well I'm trying to figure out how to write the info bits from my next diary as it's all about astrology (obviously) lol. I'm in the process of finding a site that has glyphs on it as Mr Grant used them for each day of the year, then underneath the symbols he would write something like "do not argue with anyone today, it could backfire!" Stuff like that!

In 1990 I have a Nostradamus Diary with lots of his predictions in there. That will be a mammoth task typing up entries from that but I am looking forward to it.

I really should sell my diaries to a publisher but I'm not dead yet so I'm still carrying on writing in them! They will probably all go in the coffin with me..morbid thought but there you go!

It is my friend. I suppose I am lucky in the fact that I've always been good at expressing myself and diaries have been a good outlet for that. I do have a couple of things on my blog like Matrix Mails and MyLot banners but I don't get anybody reading my entries. At the moment though, I'm just concentrating on getting it all entered up, then I shall think about how to make money from it after that.

Was it the Russell Grant Astrology Kit you had where you could construct Birth Charts by hand? I had one! It was a brown box with Russell's face on the front and all the information one would need to construct Birth Charts. If people had their exact time of birth the more accurate the Chart would be as that determined the Ascendant.

My God, I can't believe I remembered all that!

If you have any ideas on how I could monetize my bog I'd be most grateful. I want as many people to read it as possible as I know it will make them laugh in parts!

Hiya! I've always been good at writing letters, especially complaints letters. Haha! It's obviously in my nature to complain so I'm a natural! I've written letters on Mum's behalf too.

One major result I got from complaining to Norweb as it was then...someone fixed my Aiwa hi-fi for nothing. I actually complained about something else from them..a telly I think and that was replaced. The Chairman (or someone high up) rang me personally to ask if there was anything else they could do for me and that's when I mentioned the hi-fi as that was from Norweb as well.

I would much rather put a complaint in than not because you never know where it might lead. I get stressed out with John (hubby) as he is entirely the opposite and "doesn't like to rock the boat." If I were in his shoes I would try very hard to upgrade his Sky Digibox for nowt. The Sky+ HD versions are free anyway but I'd also try to get the installation done for nothing due to the fact he has been a customer of theirs for years.

I did something similar for Mum. She was having tremendous trouble with her Sky+ Digibox so I arranged for someone to come round and they ended up replacing it for nothing and also replacing her dish for a swanky new one that was smaller!

I love it when a plan comes together!

Ah, well I forgot about complaining to companies about items I've purchased--I have done that. My tendency is to overwhelm them my politeness and literacy.

But, I will also say that when I've been particularly pleased with a company--I tell them that too. One time I got free coffee for a new coffeemaker I bought that I really liked. Another time I got free laundry soap for my new washing machine. It's nice to get the free stuff, but I think it helps to let them know when they're doing something right too.

Do you know something? You are right my friend! I often leave reviews on Amazon of products I have bought from them. However, I bought an HP Printer from Currys recently and it's the best printer I have ever owned.

I can feel an email coming on.

I will let them know how wonderful their product is.
