Do you have a good hand writing?

Wow,good for you getting extra marks for your handwriting.I don't want to boast about myself but I guess I'm just one of those blessed to have a good/beautiful handwriting.At first I am not aware of it,I thought it's just normal penmanship but my friends & relatives always tells me about it.During school days,my teacher always ask me to write in the board because my handwriting as they tell me is beautiful.

i believe i have a fair hand writing, never had a teacher ask what was this>? and what does did say? but i have been told by others that my hand writing was good, but i dont write in script, too much work for me lol

Well, im still on high school, and i have the ugliest penmanship or hand writing there, yup, i can adjust my handwriting to get better but im really not comfortable with it, maybe i inherited it (not sure if penmanship style can be inherited LOL) on my mom, she is a teacher and has a bad hand writing. I got lots of bad comments from my classmates about my handwriting, but im cool with it because im the best there is in our school when it comes to computer things, like DESIGNING. I dont really care what other people say or do to me :)

If I want to write neatly I have to concentrate. My natural hand writing is a bit of a mess. If I'm writing fast it just gets worse, but sometimes you just have to get things down on paper so that you can move on to other things. After university I looked back at some of my notes and I couldnt even remember writing them. I'd much rather use a word processor.

Waaaayyyy back in fourth grade, I recv'd a 'D' in pennmanship... that scarred me... my handwriting took a pitfall into the oblivion and I learned how to type... first it was an old school type writer, followed by a word processor, and APPLE IIE computer and so forth.
When I write something today (a quick grocery list) my husband can barely read it. Holding a pencil/pen hurts my hand and I can type FAR faster than I can write anyday.
I just think that some people do not have the innate ability to write perfectly and teachers are cruel pushing that belief onto their students!

My friend said that my writing is pretty good. Previously, my writing is very bad. Sometimes i punished by teacher because he couldn't read my writing. Since that time, i learn to write by imitate the friend's handwriting. Although difficult in the beginning, slowly changed my writing and it getting better now.

I dont think my hand writing is very good. My mother always told me that she cant read what I wrote and my father also told me its also not a very good hand writing. I actually wanted to tell my father I got that trait from him. lol

Nice to know that you have good hand writing and you saved eyes of your teachers for which they used to reward you five marks extra... Don't you think they were paying you less for saving their eyes... ha ha...

Well, I never have had good writing and my class teacher used to teach us English and was very strict. She told me to use cursive writing book in tenth standard so that I can score good marks as I was among intelligent students but hand writing was so poor... Her formula worked and I improved my hand writing and as a result I scored 80.8 per cent marks in that class... Further, I also saved eyes of other teachers ... ha ha...

I don't think that writing should be awarded with numbers as marks are for knowledge which you have presented. Appreciation for good writing is enough so that one can continue the good writing.

I have bad handwriting. It's because I would prefer to type than write. That's why I cannot practice writing nicely. Now the problem is this. I'm a teacher. And teachers are supposed to have good writing. I'm afraid that if I write on the board, it would look like my students' handwriting and not mine! lol.

I used to have a good penmanship. Computers ruin it. LOL! When I was in school I was often nominated (and won!) Class Secretary and the main criterion for choosing someone for that position is good handwriting. Nowadays, I am too lazy to do my curves.
