you course in college, is that your personal choice?

Are you trapped in a situation that your parents dictated you to take a certain course? Even though you have a personal choice since you were child? Have you followed it or not? What was the difficult part in decision-making?

I have selected the course of study as per my choice, which of course was influenced by the environment in which i was brought up and the people I interacted with.
