| Started YOGA (A Hindu discipline) from today and feeling good :)  | | | | Hi Friends, I had attended few classes of “Practicing Yoga” in my earlier company and today I started practicing Yoga. Started with "Kapalbhati", "Nadi Suddhika", "Matiska Pranayam", "Chir", "Chinmay" etc. I am feeling very good after doing these AASANs. Felt like I have no worries and this world is beautiful.
