Started YOGA (A Hindu discipline) from today and feeling good :)

Hi Friends, I had attended few classes of “Practicing Yoga” in my earlier company and today I started practicing Yoga. Started with "Kapalbhati", "Nadi Suddhika", "Matiska Pranayam", "Chir", "Chinmay" etc. I am feeling very good after doing these AASANs. Felt like I have no worries and this world is beautiful. Do you practice YOGA? If Yes, please share your experience.

I have never done anything like this but I have heard very good things about it. I hope that it really helps you

I had done it earlier and stopped because of limited time but now a days I have time so started again and believe me it will help you for sure. I suggest you to practice and feel the difference. Thanks for the response.
