|  I am a college student?All through the day I have been busy with my academic work?So I did not go home and have little connections with my family?Just last week I went home to do sign a passport?To my sorrow,one of my uncle are stroke because of the high blood pressure?He is very thin?No one believe such a thin man are suffering form HBP ?
So no matter how busy are you,just spare some time to take care of your parents?Remind them to do the regurlar physical check-out ?It is the best way to reward them?Their heathy is our responsibility?

| |  I have the same problem as of now I'm on medication last Monday I was rushed to Hospital due to High Blood Pressure I thought I gonna die. But God 's will and hoping I'll be staying longer with my young kids who is 7 and 10 yrs old. I'm now eating a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits as my breakfast , lunch, and dinner . I stop eating rice and other salty, spicy and oily foods. But still doing light exercise by means of walking. Kinda old now with small kids to babysit.

| | i keep on praying to have more longer life for my children, I did taking medications such as Altace , dialtizim ,water fill,potassium . as of now my blodd pressure goes down to 112/79 which is good but kinda dizzy maybe too much medications. I might reduce water pill which damage my kidney. Thanks for your responds and take care. | | | |

| |  I had hypertension at age 36.. my doctor said its stress related.. since then I spent most of my happy times with my family.. to my surprise, I was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus this year.. guess I had more reason to maximize my time with the ones I love... almost anything can take a love one away from you... anytime
