If there isn't respiration but pulse you have to do only mouth to mouth without cardiac massage. 3. The best case is that he only lost conscienceness.

But in the case of your grandfather call an ambulance immediately since he had history of a Myocardial infarction or what we call a heart attack.

After calling the ambulance, while waiting.. stay with your grandfather so as to reduce anxiety. Let your grandpa lie flat on bed.. and if he had medicine prescribed by his physician such as nitroglycerin.. let him take it.
