I'm eight month after I was pregnant:) I already lose 20 kilo so it is good things.
I had big belly and my skin was elastic . So I start doing exercise call 6 weider and even help but not precisely . I sill have some fat on the lower part of belly.

My question do you know good exercise whose can help. But exercise whose I can make in home because I don't have time to go to gym and money :) So I will be grateful for your advice .

I would recommend KEGEL exercises. These are designed by one Dr.Kegel. you can search the key-word in mylot search bar. THUS, you can get good links to ponder over.

but, beyond all these online advises, BETTER is always to consult your gyno, and have a reference taken to some physiotherapist. Personal advice and monitoring will reduce your pressure, and also weight.

I know what is kegel exercise it help you stranger pelvic floor muscles.Kegel exercise can help prevent or control urinary incontinence and prepare for childbirth. They are good but I don't mean stranger this kind of muscles , I think they are all right. I mean stranger my belly lower part of belly.
I don't have money to go to physiotherapist and any specialist. I know the will help my , but I must find something alone.

oh. I am sorry about the money part of it. It is one thing, which keeps popping up at the wrong moment.

I will find some good demonstrative video for you, and will give you the link, if you are interested. But, this would be Indian standard. What is your present weight and height? ... and how are you spending your week? .. are you working anywhere? .. if you are standing a lot, in the job.. it would cause additional trouble to your lower back and pelvic muscles....

Liek you, I just gave birth 5mos ago. What I did was to purchase a DVD of hip hop abs which is really effective. I hope that works on you as well.

hip hop abs I didn't hear about this . But I think this exercise I more for lose weight, or maybe I'm wrong?
I don't want lose more weight I don't want disappear .
I want just strange my lower part of belly . So does any body know some good exercise? I have one month more to my vacation do I make it?

how did you lose 20 kilo i really have to know this because my total weightloss goal is only 28 kilos

It isn't hard believe me. For first 3 month after pregnant I even not exercise . First thing what I made I stop eat sugar. What I mean say sugar I didn't eat any candy, any biscuit, any cake. I even don't use sugar to sweeten tea.
I start eat 5 times a day but not big portions and of course don't eat any fast food, they just going you to be fat and after one hours you are still hungry. Fruits and vegetables are good snack.
If you drink cola stop doing this , the best is drink water but if you don't like choose juice.
And now exercise first 3 month my exercise was one hours walking with my baby. But I don't mean saunter it must be hotfoot . After day I was start doing Weider exercise for stomach . When I finish that I start doing routine Monday. Wednesday, Friday exercise for stomach and abs on my arm :) Tuesday , Thursday, Saturday some aerobic.
And that it :D
