For Those Of Us With High School Seniors,,Its Prom Time!

Well its that time of year again , my daughter had her prom a couple of weeks ago she had a ball and her gown was beautiful 
her date was a nice young man although not her boyfriend just her prom date she said they had a really great time my husband and I met his parents when we went to take Prom pictures by the bay near where we live.
Her prom pictures she got at the prom turned out great and so did the ones we took before she went, of course by the time we totaled up what we spent for everything
the limo ,dress shoes,nails,(she did her own nails press on saved us some money and we did her hair together saved even more money!) 
also and accessories as well as prom pictures,prom tickets lets just say I'm glad thats my last kid that has to go to prom. I have two older boys who went and its a lot cheaper for the guys.
But all in all we're glad she had a great time because this is something you remember for many years to come. To all the parents out there who have high school seniors past or present what was your experience like?

I never had kids, never wanted them, and obviously still feel the same way about the senior prom that didn't happen

Alas I never had one of those kind of things to attend neither there nor here where I live now it sounds really nice to me. How I wish I could have had something like that to go to and to look forward to. I suppose where I lived there must be something like that going on now but before there was nothing like that at all. However not wanting to sound like a bucket of ice cold water I´m glad you all had such a wonderful time and it all sounds like a lot of fun and it must be a great experience to remember too.
