I love to cook and I try to cook anything and everything but I am not really very good at everything also. There are just some recipes that I can get right every time and my favorite is making some "palabok". Its a Filipino dish influenced by Chinese dishes. Its a mixture of shrimp paste and some pork or chicken placed on top of a special kind of pasta. I love making it cause even if the ingredients are not complete, I still get the right taste that's really good. What are you good at when you're cooking something every time? What kind of food is it?

I have a lot of different things that I think I make very good. My families favorite things that I make are enchiladas, pot pie, tuna noodle casserole, and lasagna. So, the items are all over the place. I would like to start trying new dishes, but I am a little afraid. I always worry that people won't like what I make, so I stick to what is familiar.

Wow! That's great! I made lasagna last Sunday for dinner but it wasnt very good. I had trouble making the white sause cause there are so many ingredients needed for the white sauce that's not found here in our supermarket. Sometimes the ingredients are around but they are very very expensive.

Good for you! Two years of learning how to cook is a lot of improvement. I started cooking when I was 10 and how I am still learning how to cook different kinds of food. I learned how to bake over the years and I am focusing on making pasta these days.

Hi P3! I think I've posted here that the only thing I good at is frying. I think the most acceptable dish that I'm proud that I know that I can really cook is spaghetti. I know it's very easy thing to do but I'm really happy when I'm cooking it I just don't know why.

I love to bake too. I know how to bake cakes and other things but I cant get the texture of brownies right. I tried so many times but its not the right texture I want to have. Sometimes its cake like sometimes its too moist. It makes me frustrated sometimes.

I only love to eat. :) But there is one thing in our house that I am good of cooking. And no one in our home can beat me. Cooking a fried "Mani"(nuts). I have some secret ingredients that I add in salt and frying techniques. Well it's too long to elaborate it. But you might laugh at me, because it sound to simple. But my way is more complex. :)
