I like to do pilates and yoga. I workout 5 days a week with Denise Austin. :) What about you?
I think pilates and yoga help me stay in shape and slim. I love both.

i've tried pilates, but i prefer workouts that promote endurance and stamina. i like to walk and bikeride. i love playing sports, too. anything that keeps me active.

Walking everyday keeps my BP normal,my heart rate at bay,I also lift weights and jog on the weekends,and am getting a bike,so that will benefit me as well
