Whenever I have the time, I make my pizza from scratch and I usually make use of any topping available in my pantry. But I always add a little anise seed to it. The aromatic seeds add a very distinct flavor to my pizza.

Well i add the pink sweet saurce on it..this is a saurce made out of beetroot. Many dont like this but i simply love it.
I love to drizzle olive oil that has basil infused in it over the pizza - this gives it a real Italian feel!!
