| Do you sometimes think that this world is another planet's hell?  | | | |  I was searching and reading some quotes on the internet since i got bored, i was browsing the funny quotes side and was reading some, then the funny quote that got my attention was "Do you sometimes think that this world is another planet's hell?", this sounds kinda funny but if you really analyze it, its more of like words from those people who have difficulties in life like those unfortunate people. Have you ever read this quote? What are your ideas and insights about it?

Someone suggested that non-stop comfort is dangerous, and I agree. Imagine living in a world with total comfort. It seems there will still be chaos.
Carl Jung said: "There is no coming to consciousness without pain."
Perhaps the total absence of comfort is referred to as hell. Then it would be difficult to describe what happens in the total absence of comfort. I think this state is where people die and things get destroyed.
But there seems to be another kind of hell that is claimed to exist when the spirit of man, if you will, separates from physical self i.e. the ego in the usually much-dreaded process referred to as death. It seems the spirit is what's left when man's intelligence, physical body, psychologicals, socials, economics and environmentals disappear.
How can the spirit sense pain when there is no mind and nervous system. Then our spirit has to be immune to punishment.
