Why you add a person here as a friend?  

Those I have added can be someone I have discussed with or someone I find interesting and funny. I'm open towards anybody because I don't feel like this is Facebook or some other social network. I'm here to meet new people, have fun and share experiences.

I add a friend, depending on that users's responses and comments...... or if that person had started a good discussion.... If I need to know anything from that users. I add that user as my friends so that we could communicate via sending messages. Some users do add me.. to ask me doubts related to anything some add me for no reasons, but still I accept all requests as I don't wanna hurt nay body

I add a person to become my friend here for a purpose.

Can you see the topic list above? The ones with pictures related pictures? Whenever I want to participate in a discussion, I click in any of them to check some interesting topics. If I like what I see in the next page, I will go on to respond to the topic.

Now, if after a long time of browsing and sifting for interesting topics, but none of them got me interested, the next thing that I do is open my gmail and check my inbox for MyLot notifications. They usually inform us that our friend so and so has started a new topic and we are encouraged to participate. From there, I will click on the link going to my friend's topic and respond.

This is the reason why I am very selective in choosing prospective friends. You know, MyLot stuff our email inbox of discussion notifications whenever our friends started a new topic. I don't want my inbox be filled with notifications about nonsense topic from friends who always post low quality topics and not of my interests. Right now, my gmail inbox has 4,745 unread messages. This taught me a very lesson.

Mostly i accepted other's friend requests only. I add friends rarely. I add some persons for their nice discussion otherwise their nice reply to my discussion. After adding them i maintain a nice friendship with them through the messaging service.

At first I was thinking that maybe you can get some extra cash by adding new people but then I think it is not paid. I just do it for fun

Hi dreamsharmin: I usually look for people that make good discussions or that give nice answers. That's because I think these are the kind of people I can easily talk to and at the same time there are more posssibilities that we keep talking and making good debates with a person that shows me that he/she is able to talk on different subjects logically.
