Success gives Confidence,and   

no agreement with that.... if you are confident enough... i believe that whatever battle you will be facing... you gonna won it.

Confidence helps lead to success but it does not guarantee it. As for success giving confidence, I would have to agree. These two are very closely related but there is no way for us give a direct correlation between the two.

Attempting something with confidence only ups your performance but it doesn't always mean that you will be successful all the time. Actually, you'll fail most of the time. If you wanna attain success you have to have experience and commitment along with confidence.

Of course I do agree with this statement. If you are confident about yourself and your action then if you have a will power you are bound to succeed in life with flying colors.

Not necessarily. Confidence can give you the courage to make the attempt, but success depends on skill, knowledge, timing and luck. Without confidence one may not have the courage to make that initial attempt, so they certainly fail, as they didn't try. But just because you attempt something, even with the best of intentions, there is no guarantee that success will follow.

For example, and this is extreme to illustrate a point: A person can be convinced and confident that they can fly. This thought could lead them to stepping off of a cliff. The likelihood of their success is negligible to the point of almost certain failure.

I guess the 'rule of thumb' would be that if you don't try, you lose. If you do try, you might win. Which leads to another saying, coined by Benjamin Franklin: "The only things certain in life are death and taxes."

It is not guaranteed that if you have confidence you'll be succeed in that. Of course success gives confidence.

But it is not okay to say that you will surely get success if you have confidence.
There are many other factors influence your success, not only the confidence.

I think confidence is the most important things in my life, and it's fundamental thing in my life. I mean I can't do something successful without confidence. If I am confident, I think I can do anything, everthing is possible. In contrast, If I am not confident, I will fail in many things. It's ture, it depends on your have confidence or not. Anyway, I think confidence is the most important thing in my life.
