Do you face the "Need to Change"Your old pass word/Code...  

Yes I have changed my password, and my e-mail address because, I got tried of using the same old e-mail, and I got tired of my e-mail box, being flooded with message from Mylotters, and I was having to deleted them everyday.

Usually people say it is better to change the pass word or code in order to avoid hacking. When I feel I am getting too many spam mails, I change the pass word. Sometimes I forget my password as I have so many accounts to access like ptc etc. Then I will ask forgot password and change my pass word then. But now I wrote down in a pass book so no question of forgetting.
