My baby don't drink water till she has 7 month. I give her just my milk from my body . But perhaps if you giving you baby powder milk maybe you can give her water, but I don't know this .
Giving baby your milk is the best way because you don't need doing nothing, and of course is cheep :) And congr

It's actually very difficult if you are alone & taking care of your 2 mos old baby.You need to take note of your baby's feeding time so you are already ready whenever she gets hungry,always check her diapers,you never know if it's already full.They can't tell yet.Some says ,give only water after 6 months but according to my mom & aunts,can give @ 1 month.So I gave my daughter water @ 1 month already.Just be aware of your baby's needs.Always try to check the pillows,it might go to the face & baby can't breath.Always make sure to let your baby lie down with you,it will make your bonding good but make sure to check if your bed is high,baby might fall..anyways hope this help....enjoy every moment...being a mother.

If you have adequate mother's milk, that's sufficient. You don't have to give any water for the infant! If milk is inadequate, substitute with Lactogen 1 in consultation with paediatrician. There is no need to give water for such a small baby! Take good care of the baby & yourself too to feed baby well!

Give the child milk every two hours/keep nappies hygienic. do not leave the child alone and keep talking to child.while cooking/washing see that child is near to you as far as possible.

Hi...congratulation.No all woman who get chance to having baby. I am a mother of one son who 2,7 years old now. Maybe I still have no many experience but be a mother is one of bless from God. The better food for baby is you feed him. Maybe if you want to give water, you can put it inside the botle. Milk bottles. I give him porridge at six month. I was feed him (I mean mother's milk) until two years old.

A baby should drink his or hers natural milk for the first six months. Then he or she could be weaned gradually and begin to eat baby food. He or she would still need to drink his or hers mother's milk. Some people give their baby a formula baby milk. My baby daughter drinks a soy formula for babies. My baby girl sleeps in a cot. She has toys like soft dolls, soft balls, board books and her favorite toy to play with is my toddler son's garage that has three cars.

i am also a mother of 2 kids, elder is with 3 years and the younger is 5 month newbie. For newbie's don't give water until 6 to 8 months, mother's feed is best for your newbie, if you have problems in it try other suplementary baby food's like cerelac or lactogen. Don't feed water until 6 months, take advice from your doctor to take care your baby. All the best to both of you.
