John Wall Looms to be the First Pick in the NBA  

A good information that you have for John Wall. I have read a little about him to be the prospect as the first round draft pick. I don't know much about him but if he's that good, then any team that will pick him will have a good point guard with the statistics you've mentioned. Anyway, it is not a guarantee that he will perform well since he's still a rookie. It would be good to watch him play.

I great pick at the number one pick and since the Washington Wizards own that pick it makes even more sense. Wall plays the type of guard position where he can move the ball or be the other guard on the floor. With Gilbert Arenas expected to come back and have read that is in the best shape of his life he is almost the same type of player. So that gives Wall the chance to move around but still be in the action. The only thing that will hurt him is if the Wizards draft him and don't get a decent big man since they traded Heyward away defenses will not be keying on the big men and focus on the perimeter. I think he will be a great pick and make a huge contribution to the team from day 1.

John Wall looks very impressive, although his game isn't very polished yet. The numbers he put up as a freshman are very good, but I think he will grow even more in the NBA. It's Wall's talent that sets him apart from the rest, I'd say he is definitely the player least likely to be a bust in this year's draft. Turner would come in at a close 2nd.

Taking a senior as one of the top picks makes a whole lot more sense to me than taking a freshman. I mean, I haven't seen enough of Wall to know if could put up those numbers on a consistent basis in College. The Wizards need whoever they choose to pick to be their day one of the next season. So there's no way he'll go to the D League and hone his skills.

I hope this guy is able to make something happen, but I just don't know.

John Wall is a terrific PG. The possibilities of him landing the no. 1 spot is higher that anyone else in the draft combine. However, with the Wizards getting the 1st pick, this can be a dilemma since the Wiz already has a dynamic scoring PG in Gilbert Arenas. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised to see Evan Turner grab the no. 1 spot. A good all around player, can play multiple positions, and more importantly, he can contribute right away without sharing minutes with the Franchise guy as a 2 or a 3. The only downside to Turner is the doubts on his health. This draft is different from the previous one where one guy is shoulders above the others. John Wall is a really good pick, but like i said, I wouldn't be surprised if they pick Turner.
