getting rid of cigarette smell from a closet.... |
| |
| So my apartment is starting to smell more like me and less like the empty apartment! However, there is one catch. When I open the linen closet in the bathroom I distinctly smell cigarette smoke. What can I do to get rid of it? I totally forget about it until I open the door to get a towel! Any ideas, I thought about baking soda do you think that would help get rid of the stench? | | | | | |

| | Get some 'Febreze' if they do it in your country. It 'washes' stuff that can't be washed not an air freshener it makes stuff cleaner. I suggest add some flowers or perfume to the baking soda, that might work better. | | | | | | |

| | I have allergies and can't do a lot of the regular air fresheners. I can try Febreze though. Thanks for the idea! | | | |

| | Here's an idea. Take all of your towels and such outta there and put them in one of your dresser drawers. Then.....go smoke your cigarettes in the linen closet. Problem solved. ;-D cdrxo | | | | | | |

| | The baking soda should help but I would probably use febreeze air freshner. That would do the job faster I think. Cigarette smoke is the worse smell to have to deal with. Good luck in getting rid of it. | | | | | | |

| | Febreeze is good stuff. I will probably do the baking soda thing and then maybe even paint inside it or something! | | | |
