wedding is a winding of two pure hearts. changing ring, tying yellow rope, putting signature are all only sentimental. we can changing heart by phone. in coming days it will be possible by phone.

It's not possible in the UK. You have to prove you are over 18 by showing your birth certificate or 16 - 18 by having a parent (who have to prove they are a parent to you) present to give the registrar permission to marry you. Then of course you have to post notification of your intention to marry for 3 weeks and even then someone can object even during the ceremony. So here its not possible to marry by telephone it is possible to ask but not to get married.

It' possible can do it, but depend in your culture in your place where your residents, I am agree not problem and I think that legal.

I guess anything is possible since I saw that a man married his dying cat. Not sure why one would want to get married over the telephone. I think it would be pretty hard, since you would need to ministers. And who would put the rings on? Usually the bride and groom place them on each other.
