My acer netbook AOA150 wont boot at all, just the power switch, i tried update Bios but it does not work. Can you help me with that? Please.

Well i got this from Acer Site, i think i miss on something, the instruction says, "Flash it" what does it mean?

i guess it refers to giving format to the C unit? re installing the OS? and then taking good care with some anti virus ? hehe
