I haven't been changed by a game and I find it unusual for a game to change someone. I only play games just for fun and to kill time. I've played The God of War. It was cool. They made the game as epic as can be and I'm actually looking forward to playing the other upcoming installment of it. I didn't find it life-changing thought. No point intended.thumbup

Playing Video Games helps with anger and agitation, with being bored. I like to play a video game when I am bored, even if I only play it for five minutes before I get back online, it really refreshes me. The game I choose to play usually always depends on the game I am playing at the moment. That is to say that I am most likely to play the video game I am playing at the moment over picking another one to play. Unless the other one would help my frustrations more.

Every game you play changes your life to some point. From Solitaire to the latest shooter. I play almost every game I can get my hands on, but the ones I truly enjoy are strategy games. Age of Empires, Pharaoh and Heroes 3 changed the way I think about most problems when they need solving... thinking about different routes to the solution, always choosing the shortest one. Shooter have helped me improve my reaction time, and small games like Minesweeper worked on my memory. :P

I think its hard whether or not to say that video games have changed my life since they have been part of it as far back as I can remember. I love the fact that they have grown up with me and have evolved to still suit my tastes. I guess I can say, we the supportive consumer have changed the life of video games!

(Huh, really have to think about this one.)

Yeah, video games help me release stress...Also, when I'm mad I play FPS games and just scream at the screen even if i win or lose xD crazy? maybe..but it's very fun to do.
