Why boys give chocolate to his girl friend?  

In addition to flowers Chocolates interplated the symbol of my Love !!

well, maybe it has to do with the fact that when choosing a present, we'd rather think of s.th which is loved by almost everyone?

I'm a girl, I think if my bf gives me a heart shaped chocolate, I'd really get happy

I think boys think that girls love sweet stuffs so a chocolate will do the best for them, I remember once a boy gave me a chocolate and I told him that you better take it back because I am on diet, I said so because I think boys give chocolate to make the girl fat and they stay as the are. So I don't like this theory at all. I will never be refusing fererro Rocher though.

Jacques Brel said it better than me in his French song " Les Bonbons " The boy brings chocolate to his girlfriend because flowers live only one day, and chocolate like love lives forever. The best is to give the diamond ring, then your are engaged and ready to get married.

The reason why guys give girls chocolate is because it makes us feel better when they give us chocolate. My husband will some times cause he loves me and wants to be nice to give me some milk chocolate of what ever he thinks I want right now.

Boys are giving chocolate to girls because "chocolate is fat free and it is used as diet food" and boys wanna see his girlfriend as slim as possible.
And the chocolate is the symbol of sweet and happy.

I also wanna give a chocolate to my friends, but i have no opportunity till now.
