Will You Tell A Lie ,If It Would Save Someones Life?? (Your Best Pal's...)

Hi there , Will you tell.....? For instance ..if in a court would you commit perjury for your best pal...if it saves him from being sentenced to death.... Personally I'm a bit confused.. Have you ever told a lie in such situations ..? Be honest with your response....

You didn't give enough details. So what did your friend do? Did he or she kill someone? If they murdered someone then why should they be let off the hook? You would probably be in big trouble if you commit perjury I would think.
