What kind of things would you like to see on the front page of your newspaper?

If asked, what kind of things would you suggest they put on the front page of the newspaper? Do you like what shows up on the front page of your local newspaper?

It would be nice if they didn't put the scandals on the front page but something that is generally more interesting in the same of most important. I don't like how the papers over here use stories they feel will sell the paper, which often it does but it's not always what you expect as they glamorize the titles. I don't really buy them anymore, as I only read the free one's. None focus on publishing stories which don't make us mad, angry or scared.

It's terrible but it seems that it's the junky crazy stuff that makes the headlines.. Editors of papers will say it's what people want. I guess we are reaching some record lows when we enjoy reading of homes destroyed by fires..or people murdered on the front page or headlines.

no i do not like the headlines of my local newspaper i strongly feel that people should be greeted by good news or positive news everyday. rather than to view the suffering and the hardship or even the criminals effecting our world today. it shouldn't be that hard to put some good news in the front page and leave all the negative news on the insides right?

I really wish some good news would be featured on the front page and the headlines more often.. Oft times that which is seen to be worthy of Front page status is the bad news.
