How to Express Love??  

I always depends on the person. Being in love is such a wonderful feeling but it can become very selfish if you are not truly tuned into that person, make sure that you keep your communication clear and do not cloud it with your own emotions at the cost of the other person's.

find out the person's likes and dislikes. Find out your strengths and weaknesses.Show only your plus and hide your minus. keep on trying to impress the person without irritating them. Never give up the efforts. You should not overplay the game.

love for me is when one person would make to make themself the least to allow the other to be the greater, and the other would honour the sacrifice and be prepared to swap places without hesitation.

Wow that sounds so soppy but it's true.
think of the woman who goes to bed hungry so her child can be fed,
the man who wakes, dresses in the cold and lights the fire so others can wake in warmth,
the one who takes the smallest of the treats so others can enjoy the bigger delight.

Did you know, Mother tereasa had deformed feet, the sisters were given a huge batch of shoes occasionally and the night before they were given out mother tereasa would go select the worst pair and take them for herself, so nobody else should have to suffer them.

to me that's love.

Attachment is a mental state. It is a relationship we have with someone in our own minds. When we become attached to someone we use their image to fill our mind. We find our thoughts are constantly filled with their image and the memories of their behaviour. It is not that we should never think about others, it is more about thinking about others only when it is necessary. this will eventually free us of dependency.

Symptoms of attachment and therefore the change of the energy of our LOVE into FEAR, can be found when there is a personal desire or expectation of the other person. We forget we are already a source of what we have been taught to need & seek. Love never desires & it has no expectations! It doesn't need to. As soon as you have any desire from others, or expectations of others, your happiness becomes dependent on the desire or expectation being met. You are already giving birth to fear and anger, otherwise known as negative emotions-STRESS- SUFFERING. Love never hurts.

Presume you are able to distinguish between LOVE and ATTACHMENT and avoid the later.

There are many ways through which we can express our love for the other one, and one among many is to write a poem or something romantic and genuine for your partner, I have done that for my boyfriend and he has wrote a song for me to too so these are two of the many ways to express love.

when I love someone, I'll care of him more.. asking about his days activities,always be there when he needed me..keep communication with him, i meant... but i wont be too aggressive because man doesn't (always)like it..

personally, love should be based on trust, faith & understanding in between!!
