| |  I am trying to minimize my smoke now, at least 2 a day, but I can consume more than 1 pack before in one day or less than a day, but I am always looking forward to my health, so I am trying to refrain from smoking every now and then, actually, I am really planning to quit smoking...

| |  I don't smoke, but I have a friend who smokes 60 cigarettes every day. It costs him a lot of money, and he literally has nothing apart from the money for his cigs and the money for his rent.
I just could not live like that. Apart from the obviously life threatening side effects of the sticks, I would never be able to spend that amount of money on a habit. It's just as bad as being addicted to illegal drugs in my opinion.. even worse because it's often even more harmful to the human body than drugs would be.

How can he spend so much money on cigarettes just like that.What is he and for how long he has been smoking.
I myself can never live like this GemmaR.He is just ruining his life by taking that much amount of tobacco.

| |  About 4 to 5 cigs a day. But sometimes I get more stressed and find myself smoking 7 to 10. I'm trying to cut down to 3 a day. We'll see how it goes.
