My Cell Phone Is Not Working Properly  

You made a good choice. After I purchased my phone I started hearing a lot of negative things about Boost Mobile phones. I was a satisfied customer 'til this point. I am hoping that the company will do the right thing. I will come back later and let everyone know how things went. Thanks for your comment.

But wouldn't the mute cause them not to hear me and not the other way around. It seems that there must be a logical explanation, but for the life of me, I can not figure it out. I checked their website and apparently my warranty has recently expired.

When my daughter called, I could hear her but she could not hear me. I kept shouting because I knew she was outside and thought maybe it was too noisy where she was. Then we tried it at home too and that's when she discovered that she had a mute on her phone somehow. Hope that's all your problem is too! :)
