Good leader

In my view, there are three qualities which a good leader should have.
Firstly, he should be creative.Because there are so many difficulties a company wll meet in the market. He should find the way to solve the problems when happening crisis.
Seconldly,he should be efficient.You know,when finishing a great project,the leader should unite the workers as a group and put out the schedule in time for other employees which is so critical to the final result.
Finally,he should be enthusiastic.He should instill the value and culture of the enterprise to the workeres which could urge other worker more positive to the job.
That'all I think which is a good leader should have.

first the leader should be a servant..meaning she deserve the position because she excel in that area..second the leader should be a listener also..getting some advices from her team not on her self alone..third a humble leader..open for judgement and scrtiny for the job she have done..forth open for changes..inovative for the good purpose as a whole..

I do believe that for a person to be called a good leader, he must know first how to be a good servant. It is because a good leader must be aware of the lower level to understand their nature of work. Some persons belittle those people on lower rank because they do not have enough understanding of what they are experiencing. They think that they are superior than them in terms of intelligence and skills without knowing that everybody is equal. A good leader is humble. He listens to other people in terms of decision making. He do not depend on himself alone but also entertain other ideas. A good leader is not conceited. He do not brag much if the company is gaining much because he is the leader of that company. Instead, he thinks that without the help of other staff, the success of the company won't be possible.

Good leader is one who becomes the role model for all and possess the great qualities.
