What's the best cleansing diet that doesn't cost as much?  | | | | I would like to try a natural way of cleansing and I have no idea which works best at that costs less. I just realized that I have not been eating healthy all these years. I have had friends a number of them actually who have undergone lithotripsy or removal of gall stones and these are expensive procedures. Apparently two or three of them were advised by their doctors/specialist to check their diets as our food intake are sometimes culprits to these kinds of illnesses. I don't want any of those and I want to start a good cleansing diet now. I tried doing water therapy once but I don't think it worked for me. | | I'm eating much more vegetables and fruits lately and I noticed that just after a few days, my bowel movement has improved a lot. The vegetables that I eat are normally those green and leafy ones and the fruits that I eat are usually mangoes, pineapples, and sometimes apples. I limited my meat intake to a considerable amount and got rid of processed, grilled, oily, and fried foods. Also, since I'm aiming to lose some belly flab, I minimized by rice intake and substituted it with vegetables. And most importantly, I'm drinking lots of water lately, much more than I usually drink. Vegetables and fruits are so rich in fiber that aids in digestion and I could really feel it's effect. For two weeks now, I've got a lot better and regular bowel movement and I no longer feel some discomfort. Water is also a universal cleanser and if you drink a lot of water, your body will be cleansed. I myself isn't a fan of water therapy but rather, drinking lots of water in line with one's diet would do the trick. Eating lots of vegetables and fruits doesn't cost that much and have long term effects. Aside from it's cleansing effects, fruits and vegetables contains a lot of essential nutrients needed by the body. The great thing about fruits, vegetables, and water? They are all natural (provided that they aren't grown with chemicals) and nature has it's really great way of cleansing the body. Aside from fruits, vegetables, and water, minimizing my meat intake, and getting rid of unhealthy foods, I am eating a lot of fish. For my meat intake, I no longer eat much pork but I've switched to chicken. | | Yeah, I think this is a good divert. I think this is much affordable and anyway we do have fruits and veggies in our meals, I just need to increase my intake somehow. Good point at letting go of rice and substituting it with lots of natural green leafy vegetables. Right now, I have not any problems with my health except for my hypertension which is controlled. The power of vegetables and fruits are too underrated and we sometimes overlook them without realizing that they are indeed very powerful and helpful when it comes to health. Aside from shifting to a much healthier diet, maybe you could consider exercising too. You could start slow by walking at a very slow pace or maybe doing some weight lifting at home (very light weights). You could gradually increase the pace and intensity soon as you feel you are getting better. By doing things gradually and consistently, you'll achieve a much better health condition. I myself has improved my body condition by eating the right foods and exercising. I used to have regular acute asthma attacks and puff an inhaler for about 3-4 times in a day. For about 2 months that I've been eating more vegetables, fruits, drinking lots of water, and eating more fish and limiting my meat and carbohydrates intake, my condition improved and in a day, I now only puff once, twice the most, and sometimes, none at all. I've been dealing with my asthma for about 2 decades now and just found out that diet improved my condition. Each day on the cleanse should follow the same routine: Morning Each morning you should do a salt water flush. This is a simple way to do a colon cleanse, by drinking lukewarm water with uniodized sea salt, that is excellent in conjuction with the Mastercleanse. The salt detoxifies the entire digestive system and flushes out any impurities and toxins so they won't be reabsorbed back into the body. It isn't the most pleasant experience but the results are worth it so be strong! Recipe - one serving 32 Oz of lukewarm water 2 teaspoons of uniodized sea salt (idiodized salt will not work) Drink when you get up and on an empty stomach, otherwise the salt will be competing with undigested food. Since it contains animal products such as lamb or other meat it would not be allowed. | | For me, in my own point of view first you have to have a healty lifestyle. Do not eat all the time junk foods,sodas, sugars and without exercise. In my lifestyle first i have a vegetable garden at my backyard, so what i did for moring we will gonna have breakfast eggs, orange juice ,bacon but now adays i tried to lessen our bacon consumption, for lunch we will gonna have a sanndwich and for dinner i alwasy makes sure that i use or make dinner with meat and mix it with vegetable that i got from my garden. We always have a vegetable salad during dinner. I use honey as a tea coz honey is one of the best cleansing in your body. Mix honey with a little bit of sugar in a hot water then let it cool down a little bit then you can drink it as a tea.Fruits oh my gully i really love fruits everywhere i go i always bring fruits with me to munch in hehehehehehehehehe.You know fruits are really good for your health and skin.
