No! Definately no! Hitting and using violence doesn't help a child learn at all, it just creates fear, bitterness and pain. It can seriously damage a child's emotional state and also physically as well, some teachers can get very aggressive and dangerous...

I am also a teacher by profession and it really came to the point when I was already very angry and annoyed at my students but I never did anything like that to any of them. We cant even say bad things to them. Its not right to hit kids no matter how annoying they may be.
