What is the purpose of armpit hair?

only god knows ,there are hairs other then head ,i do not find any use

Hey.. you could have waited for a few more responses.. I have been trying a lot to write about all the reasons why some find it irritating, while some feel like smelling that specifically. and, you have caused a small burn in my BIG heart.. through rushing with that PENCIL to a very great persona of mylot.. MyKl J .. as I have explained above, in his box.. there is not a part or extension of the body, in nature,. which does not serve a specific purpose. INCLUDING the now presumed useless APPENDIX .. someyears back, they thought SPLEEN is not for any particular reason. NOW they know it is the blood-factory.

I have never really put much thought into it. I know hair is supposed to help add warmth if I remember right but other then that I dont see the point in it.
