When things really go so not smooth and you are really hurt. You have to shout to release some of the bad feelings you have. Of course, I'm not suggesting that you should shout at your family members. Just shout sometimes when they are not around to release the tense. If you don't do that, you will go crazy some day because of too much negative feelings hidden in your heart. I do that.

Oh yes! I shout!!! Sometimes there's nothing more I can do. I don't really ever shout at somebody in particular but if somebody happens to be around when I feel the need to shout, well, they're just in the wrong place at the wrong time! lol. I think it's much healthier to get it out than to suppress it. I would never raise my voice to either of my parents, simply out of respect. There have been times, though, that I have excused myself from their presence to go into another room or even outside so I could shout freely. If I need to shout, I shout! lol.

Yes, I do, especially with my younger sisters. I always shout at them and I don't really know why. Even when they are not doing anything to annoy me, I still do. This is what I a am working on. But I never shouted at my mother or my father and I will never do. I just have so much respect for them.
