I think for me, a lot of it is acquired tastes over the years. Things that I have started listening to at a very young age and thus it just stuck. Then there are many things where since I type a lot and I need music, if a song seems like it could be a good beat to beginning typing, then I might enjoy it. So why do you enjoy the music that you do? Looking forward to reading your responses.

Well, I enjoy my music if I like the beat, the lyrics, if there is a great memory linked to it or if it sets me in a good mood

It is really all about the context when it is introduced. That is what it boils down to in many cases. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I believe the sound waves has got something to do with our brain. It stimulates some chemicals which pleases us. Thus listening to music becomes a good experience. I'm a music lover myself, I listen to ambient music, jazzy music, electronic ambient, chill-out music. Jens Buchert, for example, is one of my favorites. Besides, Blue Tech, Blue Mar Ten, Pariah the drum and bass music artist, Klute, Odyssey etc are my favorite music artists. You should try them.
