I lived in the Province of Cadiz in Spain for four years while I was in the US Navy and absolutely loved it. It was my favorite European Country and I spent time in most of them.
The other day I was reading where The German Gov. has come up with a Board of Directors per say who will step in and run countries in Europe who are in danger of going bankrupt. Spain was one of those named as in danger of falling into the hands of the German Gov.
It seems that they have decided that Countries can be run like business now without the wills of the people being taken into consideration. I was living in Spain when Franco died. I remember the first time some of the people were allowed to vote and the great emotion they felt at being allowed to do this. It was awesome....I cannot imagine this being taken away from the Spanish people...they just got the right to vote and now they may be run as a business??? How aweful.
I would like to hear from the people from Espania here at MyLot. Is this true...are you in danger of having this happen? What are you doing to stop this?

A consequence of signing up to the Euro! The Germans will not run the country as a dictator might but assist in managing its finances.
I imagine the US government might take similar action to a state that went belly up
all the best urban
