arghhh the n97 is giving me a head ache!

my dad traded his n97 for my 5630 express music cause he liked the simplicity of my phone i reluctantly agreed because i already swore off having a touch screen phone but he said he wanted my phone for business so i gave it to him and now i'm trying to figure out this phone that seems so complicated! arghhh can anyone help me how to locate my pictures and contacts and music on my memory card? nokia experts please or n97 users
